The Chip Capacitors are available in size 0402 and larger. Terminations are Palladium-Silver for bonding applications, and Nickel Barrier Passivated/Solder Coated for soldering.
Voltages as high as 5KVDC and operating temperature ranges exceeding 200C are a specialty. Close tolerance to +-1% and lower can also be supplied. Temperature Characteristics of NP0/C0G, X7R, and Z5U are available, other TC can be supplied on request.
